Everything went very smoothly.  If you are looking for a suggestion, then I would say you should publish your Canadian number on the web site, or better yet get a 1-800 number that works in North America.

I just wanted to let you know that we had blast at Smuggs. Our room was not considered ski in / out but to us it was. We just went out the front door and around to the back of the building and we were at the lift. The village was so close that it was a longer shuttle ride than it was to walk!
We found the staff at Treasures to be wonderful. They even provided us a baby sitter for one evening so we could have a rare dinner out without the little one. We had a delicious meal at the Hearth and Candle.
All of the restaurants are great, and don’t mind noisy little ones. Our baby actually crawled around with some other kids while we were waiting for our food!
We also enjoyed the Family Fun Zone. It has great things for ages and is included in the package. Mommy and Daddy even had fun in bouncy tent, although baby wasn’t too sure about it. However, he did find a Tonka Truck that he spent 3 nights playing with.

I just wanted to send you a quick note thanking you for setting up our ski trip last weekend.  We had such a great time.  For our first time being at Smugglers Notch, I was VERY impressed.  The resort is perfect and convenient and the accommodations were perfect.  Our request for ski-on/ski-off was honored and we couldn’t have asked for a better set up.  For the price, the trip was more than worth it.  So, thanks again for everything and I will be sure to recommend your services to my friends and hopefully get a chance to book another trip through you before the season is over!

Reservation was smooth, response time great, you replied to my email in a very timely manner.  I love the resort and this is my third time staying there, but going forward I will be booking through your company, rather than resort directly, as you give better deal.

Happy new year!  Although the weather did not cooperate the first two days, the resort and accommodations were fantastic.  The lessons were great and the kids’ activities were a big hit.  When the weather improved, we decided to ski on the fourth day as well and the resort comped us our lift tickets because of the poor conditions at the outset.  We would love to return this ski season.
